Cottage Pie
Ingredients
2kg Potatoes
500g beef mince
Red onion chopped
Beef stock cube
Carrots chopped
Tin of tomatoes
Method
Brown mince, carrots and onions,
add in a tin of tomatoes and beef stock
Peel and boil potatoes, then drain, mash and add butter and milk to make the mash
Put the mince mix into a deep oven dish and allow to cool down,
then put mash over the top.
I add grated cheese on the top of the mash, then put the oven dish in to oven heat 180 for 30 mins.
