Chilli & Rice with salad and sour cream


500g beef mince
Tin of tomatoes
Peppers deseeded and chopped into chunks
Red onion chopped
2 tsp chilli flakes
4 garlic cloves
Beef stock pot
Taco seasoning 


Brown the mince and onions in a pan, then add in pepper chunks, garlic, and tomatoes.
Cook for 5 mins.
Then add in beef stock pot and taco seasoning (taste everything along the way so that you get the chilli to the heat you like).
Add water (I use the tomato tin as it washes the rest of the tomato out), stir until mixed in, then lower heat to simmer for 30 minutes.
Get out salad pack and place into a sharing bowl.  Get out sour cream.  
If you want you can add grated cheese.  

Serve with long grain rice.
